You are ready to do what God called you to do.
In the last post, I wrote about waiting on God. In this one, I want to ask have we thought about maybe God is waiting on us? We go through life waiting on people to tell us when we are ready to do something or go to the next level in some area of life. Typically this is needed as a kid but as an adult waiting for others to tell you when you are ready to do something is could be detrimental to fulfilling your destiny. Now the bible is clear there is safety in a multitude of counselors and using the wisdom gained from those is vital but nobody can determine if you are ready. It’s all between you and God.
2 Peter 1:2-3 NKJV
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
God has given you everything you need. There’s nothing that can stop you from moving in your destiny except one thing. You. You are the only thing that can stop you. Other people’s opinions, circumstance, money (or the lack of money), the past, the nasty ex, or anything else can’t stop you. Living your dream and fulfilling your destiny isn’t easy but it’s worth it. God will bring the right people in your life and line up the right opportunities. The one thing that may need to happen is that you may need to move. You just may need to step out in faith. Moving in faith isn’t as mystical as it may seem. Stepping out in faith may be filling out one more job application, making one more phone call, writing one more blog, putting together a business plan, or whatever that next step is. You are ready. You can do it.
I’ve found after multiple failures and successes that God responds to faith. He just does. When we move in faith God will always meet us there. It’s your time, it’s your season!
